My Collaboration and Leadership Experience

      My independent contractor experience includes building and maintaining websites for 3 small businesses, providing branding and graphic design services for 16 small businesses, and business coaching for 2 small businesses. You can see most of the branding and design work I've done on my portfolio page. Two of the websites I've built are HotFotDotsByJoy.com and LyndaFemanCeramics.com . 

    My leadership experience includes 10 years leading my art department, 10 years on school-wide leadership teams and school professional development teams, Sources of Strength sponsor, Diversity team consultant, and the district level DEI team. I was also on the District Art Content Leadership team for 5 years. This work included planning quarterly seminars, co-creating a teacher handbook, and more. I have also helped start and run 5 extra curricular clubs for the diverse students at EHS.

      My mentoring and coaching experience includes mentoring 5 teachers through their first 2 years of teaching, and taking the associated mentoring training course within SVVSD. I have also completed The Cognitive Coaching Seminar, and Creating Online Professional Development for Adult Learners.
